The first is the corrugate tube. Corrugated sleeves come in a variety of materials, such as PA/PE/PP, and even nylon. Most of the materials commonly used in automotive wiring harnesses are PP (polypropylene). The main characteristics are high voltage resistance/corrosion resistance/friction resistance/impedance, and one of the most important features is flame retardant, which is also used in some parts of automotive wiring harnesses. The corrugated casing needs to determine whether it is longitudinally open before entering the factory. If it is intended to be manually cut (hand tool), it is better to choose the opening; if it is intended to be machined, it is better to choose not to open it, because most machines cannot be machined and have been opened longitudinally. The corrugated casing that passes through is very simple. After placing the sleeve, select a series of transfer tubes that match the outer diameter of the sleeve, then insert the sleeve from the machine inlet, pay attention to the limit column at the inlet, and press down to fix it.

Here is a special description of the blade area, because this is the core machining part of the machine, this machine is composed of three blades, two of which play the role of positioning, the other is responsible for cutting, similar to a three-point fixed circular structure And there is an infrared sensor above the blade, which is responsible for sensing whether the sleeve is completely in the range of blade processing.
