On October 24th, the 7th "Jianxing Cup" national youth professional skill competition jointly held by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security was held in Shenyang, Liaoning. The three teachers from the Tianjin Vocational and Technical Teachers College, Zhang Shilong, Lei Yuntao, and Xu Wei, were the chief judges of the three types of mechanics of lathes, industrial automation instrumentation and equipment assemblers, and computer programmers. They were not the first time to participate. The refereeing work of the "Jianxing Cup" and the refereeing experience for many years allowed them to have close contact with the contestants. They also deeply felt the changes in skill learning from cold to hot during these years.
Many competitors stated that they were unfamiliar with this type of work in industrial automation instrumentation and equipment assemblers. The referee of the competition, Lei Yuntao, told reporters that this type of work was in 2009, with thermal instrumentation, automation meters, chemical meters, etc. Multiple types of work have been combined.
With the accelerating pace of China's industrial adjustment, enterprises in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries have relatively large demand for industrial automation instrumentation and equipment assembly workers, and there is still a certain gap between the level of current practitioners in China and the requirements for industrial development. The quality of the entire industry is thus imminent.
“So far, this type of industry automation instrumentation and equipment assembly workers is still the first time in the national arenas of a class of events, there is no formal national vocational skills standards.” Lei Yuntao said that this competition is mainly based on The requirements for industrial automation instrumentation and equipment assemblers in practical work were examined for the installation and debugging capabilities of the contestants' automated instruments.
Lei Yuntao said that the design of the competition title is mainly aimed at the player's basic skills. The schedule is divided into two parts: one is the modeling and assembly of the automation instrument, and the other is the debugging of the automatic control system. For the player's performance in the two projects, there will be a number of referees involved in scoring, after removing the highest score and averaging. The difficulty in the whole game lies in how to arrange the rationality and integrity of the production process. The test questions of the competition belong to the paradigm of the actual meaning of the operation and are the commonly used equipment and processes of the factory.
According to the situation of the game scene, Lei Yuntao thinks that it is consistent with the expected situation, and the test questions can achieve the effect of distinguishing player level.
